I placed my order online on a Friday for the Monday, not realizing it was a holiday. I received a call immediately from the owner to let me know and ask if I preferred a weekend delivery, to wait until Tuesday, or if I needed a refund. I really appreciated her reaching out. The flowers arrived as expected on my new day and were beautiful. I would recommend this florist to others.

I needed to send flowers to someone after surgery. I used Best Yet Flowers, they did a remarkable job. Same day service, a lovely bouquet, and my order turned out to have several complications that were all met with fabulous service, resulting in the flowers being received by the intended recipient just as planned. I was really impressed with how all challenges were overcome to a good result. 5 stars.

Placed an online order from out of state. Got a call the next day saying they had run out of poinsettias. Told them I would still like to have something delivered. We discussed the available options and I wasn't sure what exactly I would get. This was just before Christmas and the temperature was well below freezing. The arrangement that Best Yet delivered was beyond perfect and definitely fulfilled the need. The staff was very kind and helpful. So glad that customer service means so much to them. Highly recommend them to anyone.

I stopped to get some flowers for Valentine's day. They made an arrangement right then for me and it is awesome. All I had to do was tell them the colors I wanted and what the occasion was. While I was waiting I asked if I could get some pictures and video. I'll post them alongside this review Thanks Best Yet Flowers
